Ratchet Life Coach provides educational personal-development tools, digital resources, accountability features, and AI-assisted coaching. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account unless a parent or legal guardian authorizes use.
You remain responsible for your decisions, purchases, account security, and the information you choose to share. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or interfere with another member’s privacy.
Privacy Policy
We store the minimum account information needed to provide secure profiles, goals, journal entries, resource progress, prayer requests, and membership access. Ratchet Life Coach does not receive or store your ChatGPT password.
The free on-device coaching option processes messages inside the visitor’s browser. Its coaching profile and conversation history may be stored locally on that device and are not available to Ratchet Life Coach administrators. Clearing browser data may remove this information. Initial model files are downloaded from the model provider’s hosting service.
Private journal entries and other signed-in dashboard records are not displayed publicly. Information may be processed by authorized infrastructure providers solely to operate and protect the service. Users may request access, correction, export, or deletion of account data stored by Ratchet Life Coach.

This AI coach provides educational and personal development guidance and is not a replacement for licensed mental health professionals. It is not a therapist, physician, lawyer, financial advisor, emergency service, or crisis line.
AI responses can be incomplete or mistaken. Use your judgment, verify important information, and seek a qualified professional for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, or other high-impact decisions. If you may harm yourself or someone else, call or text 988 in the U.S. or contact 911.
Data Security Policy
We use protected identity sign-in, server-side access checks, owner-only administrative controls, database separation by user identity, bounded input lengths, same-site request validation, rate controls, security headers, audit activity, and private-by-default member content. Passwords are handled by the identity provider rather than stored by Ratchet Life Coach.
The production database and private backup storage are encrypted in transit and at rest. Automated daily recovery snapshots are retained for approximately 35 days, monthly recovery copies are retained for approximately 12 months, and point-in-time recovery may also be available through the database provider. Backup downloads and integrity checks are restricted to the owner account.
No system can promise absolute security. Members should avoid placing highly sensitive identifiers, payment-card details, medical records, or information that is unnecessary for coaching into messages or journal entries. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported immediately.
Purchases, Cancellations & Refunds
Digital products are for the purchasing member’s personal use unless a separate commercial license is provided. Do not redistribute, resell, copy, or publish the materials as your own.
All digital products, memberships, coaching programs, add-ons, and booked sessions are non-refundable once purchased, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Subscription cancellation stops future renewals and does not refund an already-paid billing period. Access remains available through the paid period where applicable.
If a product is not delivered, cannot be accessed, or has a technical issue, email email@ratchetlifecoach.com. Include the purchasing email address, product or service name, purchase date, and a description of the issue so it can be reviewed and corrected.
