The three resources labeled Free can be opened without payment after sign-in. Other resources show the membership level required and preserve saved progress if access changes.

Programs include directive lessons, workbook activities, journal prompts, action steps, progress tracking, and scheduling when live coaching is included. Video lessons remain unavailable until Coach Q uploads approved videos.

Paid content locks again, but your progress and saved responses are not deleted. Access and progress return when an eligible membership is renewed.

Available sessions are 30-minute Zoom calls, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern, excluding holidays. Confirmed times cannot be double-booked.

Digital products, memberships, programs, add-ons, and coaching bookings are non-refundable. If something did not work as described, contact support so the issue can be reviewed.

No. Prayer requests are submitted privately in the Prayer area and can receive a personal response from Coach Q through your dashboard.

No. Member journals and coaching history are private and protected by server-side identity checks. Administrative access is restricted to the owner for support and platform operations.
