Coaching, not clinical care

Your Ratchet Life Coach provides educational, motivational, faith-based, and personal-development guidance. It does not diagnose conditions, provide therapy, prescribe treatment, or replace a licensed mental-health or medical professional.

If you may be in immediate danger

Stop using the coaching chat and contact local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department. If another person may see your device, use a safer device or location when possible and contact someone you trust.

When professional support is appropriate

Seek a licensed professional when distress is persistent, worsening, interfering with daily life, related to trauma or abuse, or includes thoughts of harming yourself or someone else. Coaching can support growth alongside qualified care, but it is not a substitute.

Your private data

The free on-device coaching chat and its local profile remain in the browser being used and are not visible to administrators. Signed-in dashboard records—including journals, prayers, goals, progress, and appointments—are protected with server-side identity checks. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in the Ratchet Life Coach database.

Control your account

You can update your profile and email preferences from your dashboard. To request account deletion, email support from the address connected to your account so ownership can be verified before private records are removed.

Report a concern

If guidance feels inappropriate, a page exposes information it should not, or you notice suspicious activity, stop the affected action and report the page, time, and device you were using. Do not send your password or full card number.
